Something that we all should read about is Gym Etiquette. Even if you’ve been training for years you’ll find your self tutting sympathetically at some of the things you’ll have seen many times. If you are a beginner then you’d be advised to read it and not become “that person” in the gym.
For those that have more experience and have been training for a while might like to know more about making even more a part of your life.
The latter is well worth reading if you are looking for a sponsor. Far too many think that all they have to do is ask for sponsorship and they’ll get it, simply because they placed well in a couple of shows.
